Pet World Price Match Policy

At Pet World, we are committed to providing our customers with the best prices on a wide range of pet products. To ensure that you receive the best value for your purchases, we are pleased to offer our Price Match Guarantee. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for our price match program.

Eligibility

  1. Eligible Competitors: The Price Match Guarantee applies only to physical retail stores located within a 30km radius or at the Store Manager’s discretion for products outside a 30 km radius. Online stores, third-party platforms, and marketplace sellers (such as eBay, Amazon, and other similar platforms) are excluded from this policy.
  2. Qualifying Products: The product must be identical in brand, model, size, colour, and condition to qualify for a price match. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor's physical store.
  3. Pet World reserves the right to refuse a Price Match request if price falls below cost. Price Matching is at our sole discretion.

 

  1. Price Match requests will not be considered retrospectively after an order has been placed or purchase completed with Pet World.
  2.  Price Match requests must include all associated costs, including GST & taxes, delivery, freight, fees and charges.

 

Price Match Process

  1. In-Store Verification: To request a price match, please visit our Pet World store with proof of the lower price from an eligible competitor. Acceptable proof includes a current advertisement, a printed quote, or a photograph of the product and price from the competitor's store. Our staff will verify the price and product details to confirm eligibility.
  2. Price Adjustment: Once verified, we will match the competitor's price at the time of purchase. Exclusions
  1. Exempt Products: The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:
    • Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales
    • Bundled offers, special promotions, or limited-time offers
    • Products with typographical errors or pricing mistakes
  2. Other Limitations: Pet World reserves the right to limit the quantity of products eligible for price matching. This policy is subject to change without notice.
